Terms & Conditions
1. The person who filles out the Easy-Booking formular and signs the tenancy agreement at the day of arrival must be over the age of 18 years old.
2. The person who has filled out the Easy-Booking formular and received a confirmation email from us has booked the apartment in Berlin or the house in Bunn, Sweden.
Once the booking has become effective it shall be binding upon the guest.
Hereafter, in these Terms & Conditions, the person that has booked the apartment will be called the „tenant“. If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking he/she has made,
the following cancellation fee is to be paid by the tenant:
Up to 28 days prior to check-in: The tenant does not have to pay a cancellation fee.
Between 28-21 days prior to check-in: The tenant shall pay 30 % of the total costs for the holiday apartment/house in Berlin or Bunn.
Between 21-10 days prior to check-in: The tenant shall pay 50 % of the total costs for the holiday apartment/house in Berlin or Bunn.
Between 10-0 days prior to check-in: The tenant shall pay 80% of the total costs for the holiday apartment/house in Berlin or Bunn.
3. The premises are let to the tenant for holiday accommodation purposes only and for the period stated on the tenancy agreement you will sign when you arrive at the apartment or at the house. The tenant is prohibited from subletting or assigning the apartment to other people. For all other purposes the tenant needs the landlords’ permission. The permission has to be in written form and signed by the landlord.
4. The person who has reserved the apartment or house agrees to be responsible and provide payment for any loss or damage of property to the apartment or house (including lost keys) that may occur during their stay. All breakage's, damages and lost keys are to be reported immediately. The tenant is obliged to treat the apartment and the furniture carefully. If the tenant causes any damage to the apartment or the furniture in the flat, the tenant is responsible and assumes liability for all consequences.
The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by animals and/or other guests whom the tenant lets in to the apartment/house in Berlin or Bunn.
5. The rent is to be paid cash on the day of arrival. Bunn also requires a deposit of 20 %. You will receive our bank information in the confirmation email that you get from us.
The Berlin apartment does not require a deposit to be made.
6. We do not take any responsibility for tenant's personal property while on the premises or left on the premises.
7. The number of tenants must not exceed the number stated in the tenancy agreement.
8. Smoking is not prohibited in the apartment/house in Berlin or Bunn.
9. If we have not made other arrangments, check-in time is the earliest 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. If we have not agreed on an other time, check-out time is the latest 10:30 a.m.on the day of departure.
10. The holiday apartment/house in Berlin or Bunn has to be handed over on the day of check-out in a clean and tidy state.
11. The general terms of business are effective.
12. Should any of the above paragraphs be unenforceable, the other paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
