The Holiday-Apartment:
Our 2-room Holiday Apartment with 48 sqm is located in the 2. floor of a typical Old-Berlin style Apartment-House in the very center of the City.
The Apartment is very quiet, even with it's perfect main street location, because it's in the backyard.
A room-height of 3,40 m and the original wood-floor cause a really nice flair.
The Holiday-Apartment is fully equipped.
You will get: A double-bed, two comfortable single sleeping couches, TV, DVD-Player, CD-Stereo, Kitchen with fridge and ice-box, cooker with stove and all equipment you need to serve a nice dinner. In the bathroom, you have a shower.Quality Bed sheets and towels are included.
A wireless broadband line is available for free.
And we also offer you up to four bikes, you can lend for free to explore the inner city.
Comfortable for 1 - 4 people.

The Location of the Holiday-Apartment:
The Apartment ist is located very central at Tempelhofer Ufer 16 in 10963 Berlin.
You reach the Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstrasse within 10 minutes by walking.
The connection to the public transport system is ideal, 2 subway-lines are 100 m from the apartment, two more you reach within 5 minuts walking. And if you want to come home a little later at night the nightbus stops in front of the house.
In the near neighboorhood, you find everything you need to comfort your stay:
(Eco)Supermarket, Bakery, Kiosk, Italian, and Greek and Indian and Irany and German Restaurants, Coffee-Shop, Bank, Post, Pharmacy, 3 Theatras (HAU 1, HAU 2 and HAU 3), 2 Museums(Technical und Jewish Museeum), Eventhall Tempodrom, Wellness- and Sauna Liquidrom, Starting-Point for sightseeing by boat and the Kreuzberg, the "hill" with a park wich gave his name to the whole district.
