Marks 3-room Penthouse-Apartment with about 75 sqm is located at the hotspot of the new Berlin. It's a typical
Old-Berlin style Apartment-House exactly at Schlesische Tor with an truly amazing view.
The
Apartment is very quiet, even with it's perfect main street location, because
it's the penthouse on the top of the house. You also have a balcony.
The Holiday-Apartment is fully equipped.
You will get: A double-bed, two comfortable single sleeping couches, TV, DVD-Player, CD-Stereo, Kitchen with fridge and ice-box, cooker with stove and all equipment you need to serve a nice dinner. In the bathroom, you have a shower and a yacuzzi whirlpool.A wireless broadband line is available for free.
Comfortable for 1 - 4 people.
Stay days (from € 79,-/99,-) or weeks (from € 499,-/649,-).

The Location of the Holiday-Apartment:
The Penthouse is located very central at Oberbaumstrasse in 10997 Berlin.
You live exactly around the corner of the Clubs and Concert Halls: Watergate, Lido, Magnet, O2 Arena, Club der Visionaere, Arena. Kater Holzig and Berghain/Panorama Bar are just a 15 min. walk away.
The connection to the public transport system is ideal, 1 subway-line is 100 m from the apartment. The S-Bahn Warschauer Strasse is only a 5 min. walk away. And if you want to come home a little later at night the nightbus stops in front of the house.
In the near neighboorhood, you find everything you need to comfort your stay:
